This wonderful house lies completely secluded with the lake just a couple of meters away, on the Medinge Säteri property. The entire house is newly renovated and very tastefully decorated. With nine beds, this house is suitable for two families as well as bringing all relatives together. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, from one there is a door to a bedroom with a single bed. The interior is light with open spaces in the kitchen and living room. The garden has a lovely view over the lake where you can sit and enjoy your meals or find plenty of space for fun and games on the lawn surrounding the house. The garden is fences with a low electric fence to keep the boars away. Here you can experience every season. The summer offers secluded baths right by the house, as well as a larger bathing site some distance away if you are looking for company. Take a turn on the lake in the boat for rent, or try your luck fishing (fishing license can be bought at the store in Frövi). Look for mushrooms and berries in the woods next to the house, or simply take a walk to enjoy the glorious nature. Celebrate a wintery Christmas, go skating if the ice is clear or ski around the property on a snowy day. The mountains around Kil offers hiking trails ald plenty of fishing options. In the winter, Ånnaboda 5 km away has both alpine and cross-country skiing. The city of Örebro, 30 km, has shopping and a water park. Stockholm is about 2 hours away by car.
