Whether you are planning a relaxing getaway, a family vacation, or a fun group retreat, Prima BnB provides a memorable home base for experiencing the natural beauty and outdoor adventure of the Shenandoah Valley.



The drive to the home becomes part of the experience. A winding dirt road climbs through wooded mountainside terrain, gradually leaving the pace of everyday life behind. As you reach the property, the peaceful atmosphere of the mountain surroundings immediately becomes noticeable. The quiet forest setting and fresh mountain air create an environment where guests can slow down, relax, and fully enjoy time away while still remaining just a short drive from the town of Front Royal.



Inside, the home reveals a sense of glamour and personality that sets the tone for the entire stay. Stylish decor, elegant accents, and thoughtfully selected furnishings create a space that feels vibrant, sophisticated, and welcoming all at once. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the main floor, allowing most guests to enjoy easy access without needing to use stairs. This arrangement works especially well for multigenerational groups or anyone who prefers main-level accommodations while still providing privacy and flexibility for the entire group.



Entertainment plays an important role in the Prima BnB experience. Guests can challenge one another at the foosball table, creating the perfect setting for friendly competition and laughter. The home also includes an indoor basketball shoot game that adds a fun and energetic activity for guests of all ages. These entertainment features transform the home into more than just a place to stay, creating a space where guests can play, relax, and make lasting memories together.



Step outside and the relaxation continues with one of the most popular features of the home. A private hot tub provides the perfect place to unwind after a day spent hiking, sightseeing, or visiting local wineries and breweries. Guest Access:

GETTING IN



The front door has a Schlage smart-lock keypad — no key needed. Your 4-digit access code arrives by message before your check-in date:

- It activates at your scheduled check-in time and works through check-out.

- A 4-digit backup code is included in case the primary doesn't work.

- If neither code works, message us through your booking platform and we'll respond as quickly as possible.



PARKING



Cement driveway with parking for 3 cars.



GETTING HERE



The property sits along a gravel mountain road. Front-wheel drive is sufficient most of the year. AWD or 4WD is required November through April due to gravel access roads and winter conditions.



HOT TUB



The hot tub is included in your stay, but does require a signed waiver before first use. The waiver link is sent in your guest message after booking — sign it on your phone, no printer needed. If you have any trouble with the waiver or activation portal, message us directly through your booking platform and we'll get it sorted same-day.



CHECK-OUT & CLEANING



Standard check-out is by your scheduled departure time. Our cleaning team typically arrives shortly after — they may park at the top of the road or out of immediate view, so please don't feel rushed if you don't spot them right at checkout. If you'd like a late checkout, we may be able to offer one for $50 (subject to next-day reservation timing).



The Neighborhood:

Set high on the slopes of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this private retreat delivers sweeping panoramic views of the Shenandoah River valley. Tucked within the quiet beauty of the Shenandoah Valley, the neighborhood offers a true escape — expansive vistas, wooded surroundings, and a deep sense of calm. Though it feels worlds away, the property is just minutes from downtown Front Royal, Virginia's "Canoe Capital." From here you can paddle the Shenandoah, hike Shenandoah National Park, drive Skyline Drive, or tour the area's growing list of wineries and breweries.



Getting Around:

Driving is the most practical option; the property has easy access to I-66, US-340 and Route 50 for regional travel. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) operates in Front Royal but availability varies in this rural area — schedule in advance. Limited public transit; expect to drive for groceries, dining, and park access. Major airports: Dulles (IAD) and Reagan (DCA) are about 55–75 miles away. The free Front Royal Trolley operates downtown.

This stay requires a $300 security hold via debit/credit card via guest portal due before check-in.



For security purposes, an exterior camera is installed on the deck. There are no cameras inside the home.
