la gérante du bien est trÚs autoritaire et ment pour se donner raison

Ă  mon arrivĂ©e , la tv ne fonctionnait pas , aprĂšs une longue recherche , je me suis aperçue que s'Ă©tait la carte du dĂ©codeur qui Ă©tait mise Ă  l'envers grĂące aux commentaires sur la tv. Dans la foulĂ©e , le poĂȘle Ă  pellets s'est arrĂȘtĂ©(il mentionnait vider le brasier) j'ai donc employĂ© le chauffage Ă©lectrique et la gĂ©rante veut maintenant que je paie la consommation (absolument pas mentionnĂ© dans votre annonce qu'il fallait relever le compteur Ă  l'entrĂ©e ,seul le prix du sac Ă  pellets est notĂ©) donc quand il est renseignĂ© chauffage Ă©lectrique sans commentaires ,c(est qu'il est compris dans le prix de base . LE lave vaisselle n'a jamais fonctionnĂ© , je l'ai signalĂ© et j'ai attendu le tecchnicien annoncĂ© 2 aprĂšs-midi sans qu'il ne vienne j'ai donc dĂ©cidĂ© de ne plus l'attendre le 7iĂšme jour sur 9 du sĂ©jour. Je crois que la panne datait d'avant mon arrivĂ©e car la gĂ©rante a dit tout de suite que c'Ă©tait la pompe , je suis une ancienne ingĂ©nieur mais sans ĂȘtre une pro du lave -vaisselle ou avoir eu l'avis prĂ©cĂ©dent d'un professionnel , je ne pourrais pas en dire autant. aujourd'hui Ă  11h15 , fin du sĂ©jour rĂ©glementaire , je tĂ©lĂ©phone Ă  la gĂ©rante puisqu'elle devait venir Ă  11h ; elle n'Ă©tait pas disponible avant 14h et voulait me faire laisser les clĂ©s du local sur la table. J'ai acceptĂ© de les laisser dans un congĂ©lateur vide inutilisĂ© puisqu'elle insistait en certifiant qu'il n'y avait aucun danger dans cette rĂ©gion. les documents pour l'emploi des Ă©lectromĂ©nagers sont absents j'ai aussi dĂ» attendre 48h pour avoir de l'eau chaude car le boiler n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© branchĂ© suffisamment longtemps avant mon arrivĂ©e . Vous pourrez donc comprendre que je ne retournerai jamais dans de telles conditions. Meilleures salutations , Pirard F.
