Beautiful property the master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and TV/DVD. The second bedroom/loft has a private bathroom, a queen bed, and a queen futon. There is also a full-size pull-out coach. Ultimately this wonderfully appointed property.

In freezing weather, the unit had no heat. It overlooks a huge gas station brightly lit at night

After multiple emails to the manager, who refused to address the lack of heating in the unit, in the late evening we called the short term rental hotline located on the fridge. The interior temperature remained in the low 50s for about 6 hours and dropping as outside temperatures dipped into the low teens. The hotline staffer asked whether we had contacted the police or fire department for help, which ultimately we did. Finally, the property manager sent a maintenance staffer who brought space heaters and confirmed the thermostat was inoperable, which he replaced the following day. The property manager's emails were rude, contained childish insults and revealed a "blame the customer" rather than problem-solving approach to business. We paid over $500 per night to rent the place; heat was an essential in freezing weather, not an amenity. The condo was otherwise comfortable with a nice layout but overlooks a massive gas station that is brightly lit all night, making sleep difficult.

Spacious and great location

Loved the property. 3 full bathrooms was great for getting ready quick. Location was central to all the areas we wanted to ski. Frisco downtown was super close and fun. Would definitely stay here again if it’s open.

Nice

It's a nice place but we had to replace the strainer because it was really rusty and not attractive at whole. The main floor bedroom was really cold. Some windows frame need to be clean.
