The room was cozy and comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean. Love that it is a small hotel and the staff are very friendly and inviting. I look forward to staying here again in the near future just even for a short getaway.

The hotel manager, Nancy, is unbelievable in terms of Customer Service and going above and beyond. I’ve never been to this hotel and just chose it randomly at the last minute and cannot believe how she has bent over backwards to make us comfortable and help us. My son was in a skiing accident in the area and was taken by ambulance to the hospital here and his dad and I who live out of state were flying here frantically to try to get to him, but were delayed with bad weather. Nancy, the hotel manager offered to go get him at the hospital when he was discharged and drove him in her personal car here to the hotel and got him settled into bed, hauling all his ski gear as well. And not to mention, but the hotel is charming and so lovely with a huge fireplace and lots of places to sit and relax, and just enjoy the fire and the snow falling outside. Amazing !

A/C units for the rooms would be nice. Even though we stayed during the winter we couldn’t get the room to a comfortable temperature. We did utilize the fan that was in the room. However the fan was extremely loud. The other thing you don’t have control over is how you can hear everything through the walls. Other than that it was nice and convenient staying on main street with parking.

I cannot believe this place gets any good reviews at all honestly. The only good thing about it is the location. The room was small and not only did it not have AC, the baseboard heat was on and unable to be shut off. It was relatively cool outside so I figured I’d just open the window and put a fan in it, only to find out it leads directly to the balcony of the neighboring room. I’m a single woman, leaving a window open that leads to the neighboring room would be extremely dangerous. I went down to the lobby to ask for either another room or maybe a refund so I could go somewhere else, but there was no employees working anymore. None of this is disclosed on third party sites or their website, as I’ve checked both. I would strongly recommend staying anywhere else.

In most of the attributes of the property we found them to be satisfactory except for the shower. In our view the shower was extremely dangerous. The floor had NO anti-slip covering and was absent any handholds. Any fixture assisting the elimination of slips and/or falls was absent making for a terrifying showering experience. We will not choose to stay in the Hotel Frisco until we can reassured that this dangerous situation has been eliminated.
