So great!

Such a great experience. Location couldn't have been better. House is great for large families. Our group could hang out or spread out, which I appreciate. Bathrooms galore! So many games available for use. The best part was truly the maintenance man, Jim and the conversation that I had with owner Brian. Exceptionally pleasant men. So helpful and accommodating. Everything was thought out by them and addressed so you feel like you are cared about as a guest. I absolutely would stay there again and plan to.

Beautiful Property on the outerbanks

We had a great stay, the pool was used well. Independent of what weather it is, you can enjoy yourself in this house. The kids definitely used the airhockey! Very complete house with amaizing views.

Pink house

Everyone liked staying in the pink house. The house worked perfectly for a family with school aged children. The pool was a favorite and they were able to fish right off the dock. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and anything else you could possible need to feed everyone.

We caught our 2nd Wind!

Thank you for sharing your home with us. The welcome items were a lovely touch! It was so nice to go to the beach and not feel like you needed to bring everything!!! The kayaks were great!!! Sound access perfect! Hot tub… super relaxing! Home decor perfect for the beach! Kiddos loved sharing bunkbeds! Pool super fun!! All in all we certainly caught our 2nd Wind!

Calm after the storm

We were worried about tropical storm and all the rain to the area. They allowed us to move our stay out a day to miss the storm and ultimately save our trip. This house is beautiful and the sunsets are second to none.

Perfect Get Away!

Perfect Family Vacation!

This house was awesome. We enjoyed the sound, pool, hot tub, and beach. The sunsets were amazing, and we love that the beach was only a short walk and not crowded. We cooked dinner every night because we did not want to spend time away from the water or the house. The living space was large enough for us to hang out, play board games, and all eat together. We also enjoyed the wildlife on the ocean and the sound side. The house was perfect for our family. We definitely will leave with fond memories of our stay at Second Wind.

Perfect sound side location especially for water sports.

House was great. Has a nice pool and new hot tub. AC worked great and kept the house at 70 all day. The canal leading to the sound is perfect for kayak. Close to groceries and easy walk to beach. Absolutely no complaints.

Great location and views

Perfect house for our two families. Lots of deck space to enjoy the views of the sound. Easy walk to the beach. We loved the laid back area of Frisco and the surrounding towns. The owner was incredibly nice and responsive.

Has it all!

Stayed here for a recent girls weekend. The owners were accommodating, communicative and always responsive. The house was clean, bright and in a great location. The view of the bay is stunning, access to kayaks, a wonderful new hot tub, clean bright rooms, it truly has it all. The owner also gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Would love to come back again.

Great house- comfortable had everything we needed!

We are a kayaking family and with our own water access at this house, we were out every day! The beds were comfortable, house furnished nicely, kitchen well equipped, and cute decor. Property manager helped us a couple times and was super accommodating, responsive, and friendly. The only thing we weren’t impressed by was the cleanliness. There were soda cans and food wrappers under the beds in the bunk room. Not a game changer! We’d definitely go back!

Perfect location.

Bikini Bottom has it all. Walk to the beach. Swim in the pool. Kayak from the dock. Lounge in the hot tub. Watch beautiful sunsets from the decks. Close to: beach, Hatteras Lighthouse, Ocracoke ferries, the Haulover, good grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. The house is well equipped for all activities. The only thing it lacks is an elevator or dumb waiter to haul everything up to the 3rd floor, and back down again. Great communication with the owner, and prompt service from the house manager. Would stay at Bikini Bottom again.

Great house - great views!

We had a wonderful time. Best of both worlds - beautiful sunsets over the sound and a short walk to the beach. The house was very comfortable, plenty of space for our group and the kitchen was very well stocked.

Perfect house for spending time on both the sound and the beach.

The house was clean and nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and it was a short walk to the beach. The owners and manager are concerned about renters satisfaction with the house.
