Welcome to Sunny Side where you can watch the sun rise in a beautiful two-story home with amazing ocean views! This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home accommodates up to 22 people and is perfect for families spending quality time together making memories and enjoying each other's company. This home boasts 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms as well as 2 bunk rooms all with ensuite bathrooms. In addition to a large open kitchen, Sunny Side provides 2 dishwashers, 2.5 fridges, and three ice makers to provide tremendous ease of use and comfort for everyone. The media room includes a pool table along with a sleeper sofa as well as oceanfront views that will take your breath away! And, as an added bonus, there are two screen rooms with oceanfront views - 1 with a table and chairs and the 2nd with a hot tub. What better way to spend your vacation than by having the beach right in your backyard, watching the sunrise each morning? Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
