A well-appointed villa with a lovely garden and splendid views!

Well furnished, this villa provides a comfortable place in the sun with excellent views. The shaded front patio will be your favorite place for a siesta, whilst the adjoining barbecue corner is there to take advantage of the long summer nights. Frigiliana is a 5-10 minute drive whilst the beaches of Nerja can easily be reached in 10-15 minutes.



Location and outside area

This countryside location in the surroundings of Frigiliana (2.3 km) offers a peaceful retreat, from where you will enjoy splendid views on the rolling hills around Frigiliana and out to the Mediterranean.

The outside area consists of a spacious sun terrace with lawn and a private swimming pool (9 x 4 m, 1.6m deep) equipped with sun loungers, sunshades and outside shower. There is also an outside toilet.

Next to the villa you will enjoy a shaded dining area with a built-in barbecue and a working table with sink and fridge, an excellent spot for your alfresco meals. If you’re looking to spend a day at the beach, then the town of Nerja has the best options to offer. For a more cultural visit, see Granada’s Alhambra palace or the Picasso Museum in Málaga. If you don’t mind driving… Seville and Córdoba are not to be missed!



There are 2 different ways to reach the villa: the longest access is 4.5 km from Frigiliana and fully surfaced with concrete. The alternative access is a bit more adventurous and only 2.3 km long with some unpaved parts, although it’s in reasonable condition and can be driven with a normal car.



Inside and lay-out

The villa has 2 floors, with comfortable furnishings and a tasteful decoration. The ground floor is all-in-one and consists of a living room with fireplace, sofa for 3/4 people and a large flat-screen TV with satellite reception. The open plan kitchen / dining is equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, vitro hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and a table for 6 people (parties with 7/8 people may want to use the dining table outside). On this floor, you will also find 2 well-appointed bedrooms (one double and one twin), a shower room with wash basin and WC, and a separate toilet.



On the first floor there are 2 nicely decorated bedrooms with pitched roofs (one double and one twin) and views to the countryside. These two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a shower room on this floor, not for tall people due to the low pitched ceiling, equipped with wash basin and WC.

- Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the bedrooms of the first floor (free of charge).

- WiFi is provided free of charge.
