The stated price includes final cleaning, water and electricity, and use of high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi.

Our Knüllperle vacationing home was extensively renovated in 2025 and furnished with high-quality pieces, new oak beds, new built-in wardrobes, a new wood-burning stove, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and new frosted glass doors for brighter bathrooms and a brighter entrance area.

The rear terrace was repaved and extended to provide more space for tables and chairs, as well as room for our beach chair from Neuharlingersiel.

Garden furniture, a Charcoal Grill, various outdoor games, and cleaning equipment are located in the garden shed.

Our Knüllperle vacationing home has a total of three bedrooms: two double beds upstairs (1.80 m x 2 m) and another double bed downstairs (1.60 m x 2 m). Six people, including luggage, have ample space. Each bed has a duvet (135 cm x 200 cm) and two pillows (one 40 cm x 80 cm and one 80 cm x 80 cm). Please bring your own sheets and duvet covers. A baby cot can be provided upon request.

There are also two bathrooms. One is located upstairs between the two bedrooms. The second bathroom is on the ground floor next to the entrance. The house, as well as the downstairs bathroom, is wheelchair accessible.

The house has a high-speed fiber optic connection via Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the house and garden.

We have been renting our holiday home to vacationers since this year.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a phone. Housekeeping is available on request.

Unser Aufenthalt im Feriendorf Silbersee war rundum gelungen. Das Haus „Knüllperle“ ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gemütliche Atmosphäre, die sofort für Entspannung sorgt. Die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur lädt zum Abschalten ein, gleichzeitig bietet die Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten und Ausflüge. Herr Dittschar ist ein äußerst freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Kommunikation verlief von Anfang an reibungslos, Fragen wurden schnell und hilfsbereit beantwortet. Man merkt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Auch die kleinen Details, wie die liebevolle Vorbereitung des Hauses bei der Ankunft, haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus „Knüllperle“ uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
