The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc .. Due to the season there is a Kurabgabepflicht (payable locally).

Bedroom with double bed • 1 combined living / sleeping room with 2 sleeping facilities (fold-away bed and sofa bed) • separate kitchen (with oven, microwave and dishwasher) • shower / WC (basic equipment) • sunbathing lawn, garden furniture, garden grill, covered enclosed terrace, car park Parking on the property, satellite TV, radio, washing machine and dryer in the house, central heating. • Bed linen and towels can be borrowed on request from the administrator for a fee. • A maximum of 1 pet (no cat) allowed for a fee (size up to 50 cm). Garden is fenced. Attention: Should the amount for pet cleaning i. H. of 30,00 Euro are not listed in the total rental price, so please transfer this amount in addition to the total rental price,  • Electric heating year-round. Electricity costs are charged according to consumption (0.30 € kwh). • Due to the season, there is a Kurabgabepflicht (payable locally).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
