Cosy holiday home with a special flair.



Welcome to this inviting holiday home with 2 bedrooms, where 1 pet is also welcome. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds. The furnishings are bright and tasteful, the wooden beams on the sloping walls give the rooms a special flair, large windows allow a beautiful view of the outside.



Relax in the comfortable garden furniture on the open terrace. There are 2 parking spaces for your car.



Friedrichskoog is located on a beautiful peninsula in the North Sea directly on the UNESCO World Heritage Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea. The area offers numerous opportunities for water sports and other activities. The holiday home is only 300 metres from the water.



Have a great time here with family or friends.



***As part of the necessary dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will receive a new profile from April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to withstand the demands of climate change. The beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will NOT be usable during the entire construction period.



The spa park will also be redesigned from autumn 2023 and further facilities will be added. These include, for example, a widened dyke crown path, spacious terraces including a panorama box and a dyke and park grandstand with seating steps to linger on. From spring 2024, the completed event and play area in the spa park is expected to provide a varied alternative to the beach.



Friedrichskoog will become even more attractive for you, but unfortunately this will not be possible without noise, dirt and road restrictions. We ask for your understanding ***

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und sauber. Toll war, dass es Holz für den Kamin gab und schön weihnachtlich mit Kerzen dekoriert wurde.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit gehobenen Standard

Das Objekt ist gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Vom Niveau ist es gehoben und definitiv das Geld Wert. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet sowie die Schlafzimmer. Die Treppe ist schon sehr steil, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Der Garten ist sehr ordentlich und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus und kommen gerne wieder.
