The winterized cottage is quietly situated in Friedrichskoog, about 200 meters from the beach. The nearest beach access is near the Seaside 26 restaurant. At the house is a carport and also a parking space for a vehicle. In the house (86 sqm) 6 beds in 3 bedrooms are available. Downstairs is a bedroom (laminate) with double bed, a wide staircase leads to the upper floor. There 2 beds per room are available. In addition, there is a new fixed cot in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Upstairs there is also an additional toilet. Upstairs are the rooms with laminate or Wiping floor equipped. In the large living-dining area no sleeping is provided. The kitchen in Buchenoptik is fully equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator with 3 *** freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Tassimo, kettle, toaster and egg cooker. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery and cookware available. In the dining area is a large table with 6 chairs, in addition, a new high chair is available. The living area has a couch (4-seater) and 2 armchairs. A color television with DVD and radio are available. The house is child-friendly. The bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine is located on the ground floor. A hair dryer is available in the house. Also available are an iron and ironing board. A large hall offers enough space for prams, rubber boots and a cloakroom. In the staircase a small storage area. In each bedroom there is a linen closet. The house of course includes barbecue and garden furniture. A large lawn and the terrace invite you to linger. Bicycles - especially for children - are in different sizes are available and can be used. Also a child seat as well as older Bobbycar are present. The house is especially suitable for families with children and seniors. Please no pets.

Betten waren okey, aber man hat ihnen das Alter schon gut angemerkt. Der Geruch des Hauses bei der Anreise war leider schon fast der Grund warum wir abgereist wären ... Fenster öffen vor Anreise sollte möglich sein. Und wir hätten bei den ganzen Mücken Fliegengitter ganz toll gefunden. In Summe war es okey. Das restliche Angebot vor Ort war top.

Uriges Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und nah am Deich. Leider merkt man, dass das Haus schon etwas älter ist. Es ist urig, aber gemütlich. Die Nachtspeicheröfen sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber notwendig für einen Herbsturlaub. Alles in allem, haben wir unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Einziges Manko waren leider die beworbenen Fahrräder, insbesondere die Kinderfahrräder in verschiedenen Größen. Die aber für uns entscheidend für den Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus waren. Von 7 Fahrrädern waren leider nur 3 auch fahrtauglich. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn dort nachgebessert werden würde.

Direkt am Deich

Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es bietet die Möglichkeit, den Garten zu nutzen, man kann super grillen. Der Weg an den Strand ist kurz, es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Haus sehr gut, Friedrichskoog lässt touristisch nach, nimmt aber hoffentlich nur neuen Anlauf

Das Haus ist groß. Alt, aber gut in Schuss. Modernes Bad, separates WC im OG. Die Küchenecke ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf Nachfrage wurden netterweise zwei Schlüssel ausgehändigt. Umgebung: Seehundstation vergrößert und umfangreich modernisiert. Reger Tourismusservice mit zahreichen Veranstaltungen. Gastroempfehlung: Alice am Hafen und in Neufeld, Krümels Grillimbiss im Ort, für Pizza unbedingt Rita in der Deichpassage. Der ehemalige Hafen ist völlig tot, der Spielwal Willi und die Hochzeitsmühle auch. Am Deich wird offenbar nicht mehr investiert - logisch, so kurz vor der Deicherhöhung. Unseren liebsten Hofladen gibt's nicht mehr, der lüttje Laden hat ebenfalls geschlossen. Wir behalten die Entwicklung im Auge!

Reichlich Platz

Wir waren mit 5 Personen für 5 Tage in dem Haus bestens versorgt. Es gab genug Platz für alle, es gab genug Stauraum in den Zimmern. Die Küche war mit allen gewohnten Kochutensilien und ausreichend Geschirr ausgestattet. Am Esstisch ließ sich nicht nur gemütlich frühstücken, die Spieleabende haben wir dort auch ausgefochten. Echt schön. Leider konnten wir die Fahrräder und den Garten nicht so nutzen wie erhofft. Das war nur dem Wetter geschuldet. Trotzdem hatten wir Spaß im Watt und der Vorteil der im Haus befindlichen Waschmaschine war unübersehbar. Die Kinder haben sich aus dem Schuppen Eimer und Schaufel ausgeliehen und Krebse gefangen, um sie anzuschauen und zu begreifen. Dann wurden die Tiere natürlich wieder frei gelassen. Es war sehr gemütlich im Haus mit den Sesseln und der Couch aber so viel fern haben wir gar nicht geschaut. Gut, die Kinder hätten sich WLAN gewünscht, die Erwachsenen kamen aber auch ohne aus. Die Kinder haben schnell Ersatz gefunden durch die Spiele, die es gab. Das Bad unten war neu gemacht und geräumig. Uns fehlten ein paar Handtuchhalter mehr, aber das war auch nicht wirklich schlimm. Wir haben uns gut arrangiert. Die Lage des Hauses war wirklich gut. Zu Fuß zum Deich, zum Restaurant "Zur Spitze" knapp 10 bis 20 min. Dort haben wir sehr gut zu Abend gegessen, wenn wir länger unterwegs waren und nicht kochen wollten. Wir waren wirklich zufrieden, mit dem Haus, der Lage, den Freizeitmöglichkeiten und dem Urlaub. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!!! Wenn wir nicht doch nochmal selbst vorbeikommen. ; )

Das Haus war super. Auch die Einrichtung war super. Es war alles da. Vom Fahrrad über Grill bis zu Gartenmöbel. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten und weiterempfehlen.
