Our 1989 completed house is located in the holiday area of the small fishing and farming village Friedrichskoog-Spitze in a quiet place at a distance of about 200m to the beach, at the end of a small cul-de-sac on the ground floor, a size of 45 sqm with a terrace orientation to south West.
