Our 2020 newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment is located in the middle of a small residential area in the nature reserve "Eriskircher Ried" on the outskirts of the city of Friedrichshafen. The perfect place to switch off and feel good. It is only a 2-minute walk to Lake Constance and its own private sandy beach, which is unique on Lake Constance. Perfect for families or a romantic weekend for two. A 24 hour check-in is possible.
The vacation home is heated and features a balcony and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
