Beautiful holiday home with sauna directly on the lake. Rowboat and 140m shore. Volleyball court, table tennis with floodlight, football, standup paddle, fishing.
Equipment:
The house is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, heating, fireplace and sauna. Kitchen with induction and dishwasher. Also fridge / freezer and coffee machine are available. Microwave and toaster too.
On the terrace is a Weber grill. Lighter is present, not coal.
Satellite TV, Xbox ONE, PS3 and Telescope. Total area 100sqm.
The house has a utility room with washing machine and fixed clotheslines, outside is a clothes dryer.
All windows in the bedrooms and bathroom are equipped with insect protection and can be completely darkened (shutters + blackout blinds).
The property is the last house of a cottage settlement with 6 houses. The next inhabited bungalow is about 75m away. On two sides is the lake, to the left a neighbor and to the fourth side a paddock.
At the paddock also leads a hiking trail along.

traumhaftes Ferienhaus in fabelhafter Lage
Es ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Die Außenanlage ist sehr groß, gepflegt und kann zum Entspannen und Spielen genutzt werden.
Wir waren für 4 Tage da. Hier kann man es auch sehr gut 2 Wochen aushalten.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus
Top Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Umgebung ist einfach nur traumhaft schön !!! Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, diverse Freizeitaktivitäten vorhanden (Boot, Tischtennis, Standup Paddeln und vieles mehr. Also: Es gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern!!!!

Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung
Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch und ruhig direkt am See. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Sauna ist gerade in den Wintermonaten herrlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

perfekter Herbsturlaub
Auf einem versteckten großem Wassergrundstück, in einer sehr schön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung hatten wir alle Möglichkeiten den Herbst zu genießen, uns aktiv zu erholen oder in der Sonne im Garten auzuruhen. Es fehlt an nichts. Für uns werden die Sauna, das Ruderboot, die Tischtennisplatte mit Flutlicht und die offene Küche mit Blick auf den See besonders in Erinnerung bleiben. Auch im Schlaubetal entdeckten wir eine tolle Natur und hatten 3 sehr große Pfifferlingsmahlzeiten!

Wir können das Objekt wirklich weiterempfehlen. Das Grundstück direkt am See ist ein Traum, alles im Haus ist gut durchdacht und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern funktioniert super.

Idylle
Da wir das Objekt von einer Empfehlung und Fotos schon kannten, waren unsere Erwartungen ziemlich hoch. Diese wurden aber für uns noch einmal übertroffen! Es war alles vorhanden, das Haus war super geputzt, man fand sich hervorragend zurecht und hatte Stauraum, als wir überhaupt benötigt haben.
Ebenfalls der Garten war für uns super schön! Wir hatten genug Platz und konnten uns nach dem Saunagang hervorragend am eigenen Strand am See abkühlen.
Unterm Strich ein gelungener Kurzurlaub.

Das Schlaubenhaus ist ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen, Durchatmen und Wohlfühlen auf höchstem Niveau. Mit Liebe zum Detail hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Einfach einmal nichts hören (außer Tiergeräusche), Natur genießen und eingekuschelt vor dem Kamin nach dem Saunagang entspannen. Perfekt. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Besonderer Dank an die hervorragende Betreuung durch die Gastgeber, Fam. Debski.

Perfekte Zeit in der perfekten Unterkunft
Wir hatten in der Unterkunft einen zauberhaften Urlaub, der in allen perfekt war.
Die Kommunikation war reibunglos und einfach. Das Grundstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, ein Boot steht zur Verfügung, eine Tischtennisplatte mit Flutlicht, Fußballtore und viel Platz für weitere Aktivitäten.
Im Haus ist auch alles modern und komfortabel, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung
Das Objekt entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es ist alles mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Der Platz ist ausreichend für 4 Personen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage des Grundstückes ist einmalig, abends ist absolute Ruhe und morgens wird man von dem gezwitscher der Vögel geweckt. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön und noch nicht so touristisch erschlossen. Bei unserem Lauf um den großen Treppelsee haben wir nur 10 weitere Naturliebhaber getroffen. Auch zu empfehlen sind Wanderungen entlang der Schlaube von der Schlaubemühle über die Bremsdorfer Mühle, das Forsthaus „Sieh dich um“(lecker zu Mittag gegessen) bis hin zur Ragower Mühle. Auch zu empfehlen ist eine Fahrradtour am/um den Schwielochsee. Nicht zu vergessen die Ausflüge mit dem hauseigenen Ruderboot auf dem Chossewitzer See.
Die nächste Möglichkeit einzukaufen ist in Neuzelle, besser man kauft gleich alles für eine Woche ein, der Kühlschrank ist ausreichend.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, da es noch vieles zu entdecken gibt.

Traumhaft
Unsere Tage im Schlaubehaus waren für die ganze Familie Erholung pur.
Innen wunderschön und perfekt eingerichtet - außen viel Raum und einfach nur Ruhe. Die Kinder liebten vor allem das Ruderboot (wir hatten uns Schwimmwesten mitgebracht), die Tiere auf der Nachbarskoppel und Tischtennisspiele (Dank Beleuchtung auch nachts).
Wir Erwachsene die Spaziergänge um den See und durch den Wald, die Schallplattensammlung und den Kamin, die Sauna und die Kaffeemaschine, das Internet (weil doch auch gearbeitet werden musste) und die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.
(Überhaupt war die ganze Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet! Dank acht Tagen Sonnenschein haben wir aber weder Netflix noch Playstation und Co gebraucht.)
Wir sind sehr dankbar für die schöne Zeit, die sehr freundliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter, die phantastische einsame Lage und kommen gerne wieder.
Vielleicht ein kleiner Tipp: Wir haben für die ganze Woche auf dem Weg eingekauft. Und konnten dann den ganzen Aufenthalt über das Auto stehen lassen. Das hat der Erholung gut getan und Dank großem Kühlschrank mit zwei Tiefkühleinheiten im Ferienhaus war die Lagerung auch für fünf Personen so gar kein Problem.
