**The county requires our home be rented for 30 days. Even if you choose not to occupy the house for the whole time it is tied up for the full 30-days. Reach out to discuss how we can make it work for you.**

We respect our guests' privacy and provide a seamless self-check-in experience. While we will not be on-site, we are readily available via the messaging app or phone should you need any assistance or recommendations during your stay.

This property is very private and not part of any neighborhood. It shares a private driveway with two other houses that are nearby but not too close.

Located about 7 miles from downtown Friday Harbor & 3 miles from Roche Harbor. It takes about 15 minutes or less to reach the ferry terminal.

Guests have access to the entire Guest House & shared access to hot tub & fire pit. (Owner will respect privacy of guests when they are in the hot tub.)
*️⃣ DRIVEWAY - The property is in a secluded, wooded area accessed via 1/3 mile private gravel road.
*️⃣ WOODS - There are a few trails cleared through the woods behind the lawn, feel free to explore!
*️⃣ BEACH - The beach is accessible directly in front of the property. Neighbors on each side have their own private beach areas so please stay on the beach area directly in front of the property.

This guest house is located approx 150 ft from the main house, across a large patio. It is quite private. There is a possibility that other guests may be staying in the main house.

🚃...TROLLEY - Trolley/ bus service between Friday Harbor and Roche Harbor

TRANSIT: GETTING TO THE ISLAND -
🛳️... BY FERRY - Route: Anacortes - Friday Harbor
- Option 1 = park your vehicle in the overnight parking lot & walk onto the ferry.
- Option 2 = drive onto the ferry. Reservations necessary. In order to redeem a reservation: must check-in with attendant at least 30 min prior to the sailing time 45-60 min prior is recommended. Please note there is often heavy traffic on the drive between Seattle & Anacortes.

✈️... BY SMALL PLANE - Kenmore Air offers multiple daily flights from 2 Seattle locations (Boeing Field & Lake Union) to San Juan Island (Friday Harbor Airport, Friday Harbor Marina & Roche Harbor Marina). Dogs are allowed!

CALENDAR -
- Zoning allows for either monthly rentals or one short term rental per month, so the booking calendar may not show the availability you're looking for.
- Please message us for with calendar inquiries if you don't see the dates you need, we also potentially have other accommodations available on site.

🟣 PETS - Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome with pet fee.
🟣 PROPERTY - This Guest House is on the same property as a larger home, so occasionally you may see others when coming & going, though the main house is usually unoccupied.
🟣 SECURITY - Outdoor cameras actively record audio and video 24/7. Outdoor noise monitor - tracks decibel level & does not record.
🟣 CHECK-OUT - 10am, but if we don't have guests coming immediately after you we'll happily extend to 11am. Ask if needed.
