Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom Spanish-style casita, a vibrant retreat that combines cheerful hues and traditional Spanish accents.



The casita features a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances! Cook comfortably during your vacation. You'll find everything you need within the confines of this well-appointed kitchen.



The highlight of your stay awaits just beyond the casita's doors—a stunning shared backyard oasis designed for relaxation and entertainment. Take a refreshing dip in the 12-foot deep mineral water pool, unwind in the soothing hot tub, or refresh your body in the cold plunge. Lounge in the hammock under the shade of swaying palms or practice your skills on the gulf putting green. Fire up the propane BBQ for an al fresco meal. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit to share stories and enjoy the tranquil ambiance!

The backyard also features a tranquil bonsai Japanese tree garden and misters around the fire pit area—perfect for staying cool during the warm Central Valley summer days.

It's important to note that these fantastic outdoor amenities are shared with our long-term tenants in the main property. They have two medium-sized dogs who are incredibly friendly, adding an extra touch of warmth to the atmosphere. This property is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry companions along—just be sure they share the same friendly disposition!



Rest easy knowing the entire property is fully fenced, providing both privacy and a secure environment for you and your pets.

in one of Visalia’s top-rated and most peaceful neighborhoods, our casita offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. You’ll be just a short drive from the heart of Downtown Visalia, where you can explore local shops, charming cafés, farmers markets, and vibrant dining spots.



Need to run errands or indulge in some retail therapy? Head down to Mooney Boulevard, home to Visalia’s main shopping district with big-name stores, restaurants, and everything else you might need during your stay.



For those traveling longer distances or planning day trips (perhaps to Sequoia National Park), you’ll love the quick access to the highway just minutes away—making it easy to come and go without hassle.



Getting Around:

We recommend guests use their own vehicles to get around. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are bikes in the property should you want to go for a ride too!
