Not good at all

Our communication with the staff was not good. Only communication is through the app. It was different people responding. Property had lights that weren't working, appliances that weren't working. The T.V didn't work. We communicated it with management team on the app. No one got back to us until 3 days later. By the time they can send somebody to fix the issues it was already our last night. When I expressed our frustration and gave the management team a chance to make up or it, they sent us a repeat message they send to all their customers, listing what to do to check out. In other words, they just didn't care. Who knows how long those issues stayed unresolved at that property. Would NEVER stay there again.....
