At the gateway to Sequoia and Yosemite - a good place for a good night's sleep and a fair breakfast. Staff was personable and rooms were clean and comfy. A bit off the beaten path, but worth seeking out for the night.
We stopped here on Our way from Las Vegas to San Fransisco for two nights. The day was spent at the natioal park, which was about two hours drive and very beautiful. The hotel is just what you expect from a Holiday Inn in a small town. Good service, good standard rooms, medium breakfast.
Exactly what one would expect from a Holiday inn. Warm helpful welcome from the receptionist, good size room, comfy beds, coffee machine, great shower and good wifi, Hotel was clean and tidy, kids were in the pool late so a little noisy. Breakfast was rather basic but adequate, disposable cutlery and plates, but not expensive. A good nights sleep, recommended for an uncomplicated nights stay.
On our long drive to Vegas we had an overnight break here. Clean with all you need plus a swimming pool with towels provided! The pool was lovely. It was extremely hot and the air con in the room was fab. We had stayed in a number of 5 star hotels on our trip and I would say this was the most effect out of all the air cons in the rooms. On arrival we discussed options for dinner and fancied a steak - The Oak Pit was recommended down on Main Street and we were not disappointed. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Great hotel, the room we stayed was a suite and it was a very nice & clean room. The breakfast was awesome!! In addition, the service provided on the front desk provided very nice. The hotel location is very convenient, close to many places. I don't have any complain what so ever.
room was nice and clean. the breakfast buffet is good with a nice selection of items. the coffee was hot and plentiful. overall a nice place this is my third time and I will come back the next time I am here.
My first impressions are that this is a newer hotel. Very well maintained. My room was room 106, first floor and I expected to hear alot of noise, which I didn't. The bed was very comfortable and the room was larger than most standard rooms. The room was super clean and smelled good too. Bath and Body amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast was good although the first fat free milk I took was spoiled and was curdled. The attendant went into the back and got me a fresh one. I did tell her to remove the other ones but she looked at me kinda questioning. I only did not want this to happen to another guest. They were not out of date, but the fridge did not seem very cold. They had a good selection of items to choose from. I would recommend this hotel. I do sleep with earplugs nightly so I cannot comment on outside noise if there was any.
I stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Although breakfast is very different to what i get in the UK there was no shortage of food. All of the staff are very helpful and very polite. If i am in this area again i would stay here again. The hotel was busy but not crowded and i was impressed with how clean everywhere was.
I have stayed here about 15 times in the past three years for business in the area. I have put up friends & family here a few times also. Front desk staff are very helpful. Sometimes the pool is closed or the spa is being serviced, and it usually is heavy of chlorine, but the gym is in good repair, and computers&printer in the business center are adequate. I was in online college and travelling for work, and spent a couple late nights hammering out a paper in there. I have found one sock left in a drawer from another guest. One time - I left a whole closet full of items hanging, which they bagged and kept at the desk for me. They offered to mail them to me, but as I was returning soon I said No Thank You. Frequently I see Fire crews, or Edison crews, or livestock exhibitors. It does sell out for things like The International Ag Show in Tulare mid- February, but I can usually always get a room last minute. Also Free breakfasts, and some discount at Denney's across the parking lot.
Very nice clean and comfortable room Stayed saturday night, best sleep ever. Snored all night, my daughter tells me. We ate breakfast sunday morning. It was a full house at in, however plenty for eveyone. They had Eggs, sausage; turkey or pork; muffins, cinnamon rolls and pastries, toast, orange juice, coffee choclate milk or plain milk. We were going to go have breakfast at bear paw but decided food was already prepared at Inn why go elsewhere. Saved us time and got some more rest before heading out to continue traveling. Will stay here again. I know all my family stays here when passing through town and visiting family and never heard a complaint from any of them. Very friendly and good customer service.
