You know the accommodation that, as soon as you open the door, allows you to express your emotions, and this makes you happy, the whole team loves it.The Cap Hermès residence in Port Fréjus is a well-known and sought-after residence on the French Riviera, ideally located between Saint-Tropez and Cannes, cities with international renown.Moreover, it is easily accessible by TGV as it is located only 2.7 km from the Saint-Raphaël Valescure TGV station, about a forty-minute walk and less than 5 minutes by taxi.In addition to this exceptional geographical location, it is bathed in sunshine 300 days a year, allowing for very pleasant stays throughout the year with direct access to the beaches and its magnificent 20*7m swimming pool open from April 10 to the end of October.The developed beaches of Port Fréjus and the nearby nature base are all accessible on foot.It also offers many advantages that few sites can offer:-it can be your accommodation if you are staying at the Thalasso & Spa centre which is at the bottom of the residence to allow you moments of relaxation, well-being and to regain your energy in a recently renovated establishment. (You will be able to enjoy for a few hours, a weekend or a week the benefits of seawater treatments, namely relaxation, joint flexibility and tissue oxygenation ... but also the elimination of toxins, cellulite and the lightening of heavy legs).-it then allows for diving, boating and other water sports enthusiasts to be on the Caravello quay with all these activities in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.-it also allows you to be the starting point for many activities for sports enthusiasts:Many golf courses are easily accessible, including the Valescure, Estérel and Académie golf courses, located about a quarter of an hour\'s drive away, the others being the Roquebrune, Domaine de Saint Endréol à la Motte, Vidauban, Tourettes or Mandelieu golf courses, to name but a few, located within half an hour\'s drive.Mountain bikers will enjoy the magnificent trails offered in the Maures and Estérel massifs, Fréjus, which organises the Roc d\'Azur, is a major centre for this sport with an international reputation.Cyclists will enjoy the roads of the Var hinterland but also the famous Corniche d\'Or and Corniche d\'Azur with exceptional and unique views of the \'big blue\'.Hikes in the Estérel massifs will also offer sublime views of the French Riviera and for some as far as the Baie des Anges (Nice) and different colours in each season. The beautiful living room with open and equipped kitchen, a sofa bed for 2 people, table and chairs for meals, overlooking the large bay window, in short, a feeling of beautiful space.The accommodation has storage space.The furniture is modern and of good quality.The air conditioning system allows the air to be cooled in summer and heated in winter.Located on the first floor, it is accessible by lift, like its basement car park. The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with WiFi.
