Located on the 3rd floor of the Quartier Latin III residence, it offers the advantage of having a balcony and a terrace where you can sunbathe most of the day and without vis-à-vis, which is a true luxury!

The accommodation has a capacity of 4 people, a sofa convertible into a double bed is present in the living room and the beautiful bedroom has a 160cm double bed.
