Ideally located on the quays of Port Fréjus very close to the nature base, in a popular "Open International" residence,this air-conditioned accommodation will allow you to enjoy the magnificent swimming pool of the residence, the beaches of the Nature Base 3 minutes walk away , all nautical activities (diving, sailing, parasailing, jet skis, paddle ...) During your walks, you will benefit from the choice among the many shops and restaurants of Port Fréjus and Fréjus-Plage.

The apartment is suitable for accommodating up to 6 people, ideally 4 adults and 2 children: from its perfectly equipped kitchen area with mostly new equipment from 2023 allowing meals to be taken there, to the living area with TV with fiber subscription and WIFI, you will also find a new sofa bed and storage cabinets. Balconette-type openings do not allow meals to be eaten outside. The large bedroom has a large closet, a 160cm double bed, and 2 pull-out beds, a private bathroom; and yes, this accommodation has two bathrooms!!!

Private underground parking is included with the rental.

Bed and bathroom linen are included with the rental.

Kit included: bath mat, tea towel, dishcloth and household products (dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and dishwasher, floor product)

Appartement à rénover et à rendre plus pratique

Je devais passer 8 jours dans ce logement et n'y suis restée finalement qu'une nuit. Car une des baies vitrées qui donne sur la route très passagère du Port, ne ferme pas- Le propriétaire ne veut pas faire d'investissements pour la réparer. Donc la chaleur entre et les bruits incessants des motos et autres scooters... Il faut fermer le volet pour éviter un cambriolage éventuel. De plus il est vieillot, mal entretenu. La peinture des chaises de la cuisine craquelle. Pas de va-et-vient dans la chambre. Pas de chevet, pas de lampe de chevet. La pomme de douche est à changer.A part cela évidemment il est très bien situé car directement sur le Port Fréjus- Mais il n'est plus possible au propriétaire de le louer dans cet état, de récolter les loyers SANS l'entretenir ! Heureusement que Laurent de l'agence a bien compris mon désarroi et m'a trouvé un autre appartement pour ma semaine dans une résidence à côté.
