The Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Fréjus, this flat 150 m from the Sablettes beach, with a surface area of 67 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor with lift, it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The cleaning fee includes end-of-stay cleaning and the provision of household linen (sheets and towels).

The accommodation comprises
- A 28 m² living room with TV, 1 double sofa bed, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
