On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living and dining room with a flat screen television serves as the heart of the home, opening directly onto the terrace and providing views of the swimming pool. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom and a flat screen television. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, a second bedroom also features a French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with a flat screen television. The third bedroom on this floor is fitted with 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide and 190 cm in length, and also includes a flat screen television. A shared bathroom with a double hand-basin and a separate WC serve the upper floor.
