The place is nice but needs work, a face lift. The rooms smelled a bit musty but were clean over all it was a good experience.
This hotel exceeded expectations in comfort, cleanliness, staff friendliness, facilities and overall quality. Really fantastic place. Two notes I have for future travelers: many amenities required extra cost including parking, wifi and the pool, and the location was much farther from downtown Dresden than we thought. This was my mistake for booking too quickly without thoroughly checking a map; however the name of the hotel implied that it was in Dresden, even though it was in the neighbouring town of Radebeul. Regardless, Dresden was easily accessible by tram.
Very nice rooms, spacious with good amenities. Nice country setting for being near a large city. Good access to your car with an excellent parking garage. Great for winter travel.
Excellent neighborhood location. Beautiful gardens. Large rooms. Large parking garage. If using parking garage go to the very end, rooms are directly above the end of the parking spaces. Long walk from the reception area.
