Ti Maen is a pretty house set in lush greenery in the heart of the seaside resort of Sables d'Or Les Pins, 2 minutes' walk from the golf course and tennis courts, and 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The house sleeps 4 and comprises a living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. The 900 m² garden is planted with trees, so you can enjoy the greenery at any time of day.

- Cosy lounge with sofa, armchairs and coffee table. The fireplace is decorative and not in use.
- Modern, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, etc.
- Shower room completely renovated in 2023

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190 cm, small desk, library area
- Bedroom 2: double bed 140 x 190 and a single bed

Nicht ganz so neu und clean wie auf den Fotos

Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, aber so neu und extrem sauber wie auf den Fotos ist die Einrichtung des Hauses nicht. Die Polstermöbel haben einen etwas muffigen Geruch angenommen und im oberen Stockwerk trifft das in geringerem Ausmaß auch auf den Kleiderschrank und die Wände zu. Wahrscheinlich stört dies nicht jeden Gast. Keine Liegen im Garten sondern nur Tisch und Stühle. Generell sind Küche, Dusche und oberes Bad gut, die zweite Toilette im fensterlosen Raum unter der Treppe ist merkwürdig. Lage, Garten und Strandnähe sind wunderbar!

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten

Ein sehr schönes Haus, sowohl die Architektur, die Inneneinrichtung und der große ruhige Garten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Man kann gemütlich sitzen, essen an einem großen schönen Tisch, das Bett ist bequem und Bad und WC haben auch genug Platz für alle persönlichen Sachen. Das Internet war schnell und zuverlässig. Die Angestellte der Agentur war pünktlich zur An- und Abreise vor Ort. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Sommerurlaub in Ti Maen

Es ist ein gemütliches sonnendurchflutetes Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche.Der Garten ist rundum durch Hecken eingefasst und schafft viel Privatsphäre. Zu jeder Tageszeit findet man einen sonnigen oder auch schattigen Platz. Es fehlt nur noch ein tragbarer Gartentisch für ein Frühstück draußen.
