Great finishes, very clean and well sanitized, well stocked at themini bar. The bath products provided were aromatic and added to my relax. I highly recommend this property when seeking a relaxing luxurious experience in Freetown. "

The staff were attentive and courteous. The menu was extensive and the food was fabulous. The room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. "

"I always stay at the Swiss Hotel when I stay in Freetown. I enjoy staying here and feel very happy with the service and facilities in general. However, on my last visit there seemed to be a shortage of toilet roll with my toilet roll only being replaced with one if the existing roll was nearly empty. I ran out a few times and had use the tissues and once ran out of everything and didn’t get a replacement until my third Tim of asking. I had bought some spare myself to ensure that I didn’t really run out. Such a small thing and it didn’t spoil my stay but it does seem an unnecessary issue. Otherwise, I’m still very happy with my stay and will be coming again."
