With a queen-sized bed in the master and futon sleeper couch located in the main living area, this is a great choice for up to groups of 4 who wish to be right on the beach and steps away from the surf!

Just chillin' beach bar and grills, food (and beverage) trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), burger joints (like Pier 30 and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill) and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Red Snapper) line the water. Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination.

979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 Vacation Property Services rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.

Great location but unit was not like the photos online. The kitchen was old and the cabinet doors were falling off the hinges. I wouldn't think of using the oven or stove, which had burners that were impossible to get placed into a position where you could set a pot or pan level. The bathroom was old, the bathtub had rust and shower head was terrible. The bed was clean and very comfortable, but the rest of the unit was substandard. There was a rotted plank on the front porch that someone could step through and get hurt if not careful. It was in a great location on the beach but it was not worth the price. I will not be staying there again. Sorry.

Great Location
Really enjoyed the view and the accommodations. Being able to walk out to the beach is priceless. The items in the kitchen were useful. Thank you for the basket of extra items and having sugar and coffee filters. Please add 4 hooks to the bathroom since we can't put wet towels on the floor. And the towel bar provided is loose. There was also a chair on the deck that is broken (Not by us).

Me and my wife had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, right on the beach also not a very far walk to a nice little restaurant that had live music. Would definitely stay there again the next time we’re back in Texas.

Great location
Overall, this was a great location right on the beach. The water in the unit had a foul odor and the kitchen lacked some basic needs like a big skillet. Other than that it was perfect.
