4 DAY MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS, NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CHECK-INS. This is a great new additional to our list of beach homes for your summer vacation. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 baths plus a great BONUS room, sleeps 12 people and is literally steps from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Beacon comes with several decks that will give you a beautiful view while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Located near restaurants, convenience stores, golf cart rentals, city museum, and children splash pad, you will find most of your needs close by. The Beacon comes with Central A/H, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, TV, X-Finity, WIFI, BBQ pit. Beach home has 1 King bed, 2 Q beds, 2 Twin beds, plus a Q air mattress. Renter must furnish their own paper supplies (including toilet paper) trash bags, cleaning supplies and laundry/dish detergents. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PROM. Check in 4 p.m., Check out 11 a.m. NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CHECK-INS.
