Peaceful escape right on the bay next to 300 acres of natural woods and beach. Tucked in the back of a neighborhood 20 mins from Destin and 30 mins from 30a (depending on seasonal traffic). Property has a dock with a built in hammock and swings as well as a fire fit out back. Amazing sunrise views and plenty of natural wildlife such as dolphins and eagles. A beautiful 16ft cedar table will hold your entire family under the porch. Large property for kids and pets to run and play with a ramp down to the beach for paddle boarding and kayak access. The Boat ramp is also just 2 miles up the road and plenty of room in the driveway to store your boat. Yard games such as corn hole and badminton provided.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 3.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
