Long term rates available for those wanting a summer vacation home, but not the hassle of ownership.

Great house!!!

My family and I have been visiting Surfside for over 30 years. We have probably stayed in 15-20 different house in that time. This little house was by far the best we have ever had the privilege to stay in. It was clean and in order. Everything work as it should. The water pressure in the shower was great. (If you know you know) the views and abundant wildlife was amazing. Very private feel due to being able to close off the property to others. We had a great time fishing and crabbing from the yard. Very convenient to have a cleaning station on-site as well. Over all a 10 out of 10 for this this house. Absolutely Amazing!!!
