Surrounded by two bodies of water, you'll be in for a swimming time out here on the Gulf of Mexico at this vacation getaway! Take your pick of the many beaches available right at your fingertips, with both Yucca Ave Public Beach Access and Surfside Beach. Spend a fun-filled day out splashing in the tides and set up on the sandy shores with a good book under the shade of an umbrella. Become one with nature out at the Brazoria County Beach Free Camping and listen to the tides gently rock you back and forth.

Back at your new home away from home, you'll find a lovely sea breeze-inspired decor inside with welcoming beach signs adorning the walls and lovely turquoise knickknacks all along the home. Start your day sipping on a nice cup of coffee as the sun greets you, then step into the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and whip up a memorable breakfast for everyone at the home. You'll have plenty of space in the wide living area to lie down on the comfortable couches and take a quick power nap. Come back home after your day out exploring the coast and throw your dirty clothes into your own private washer/dryer. Sit out on the patio and watch the sunset from the chairs provided outside. Head back inside and slip into some pajamas and under the covers for some of the best night's sleep you've ever had.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to fluctuating tap water quality in the Village of Surfside Beach, it is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking during your stay. During times of elevated water contaminants, water coming from the faucets and toilets may have a yellow tint. The water is safe for bathing.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
