Located in the heart of Berry, between the Château de Valençay, the Beauval Zoo, the Brenne Regional Natural Park and the Châteaux of the Loire, this charming old farm offers you a green setting for a pleasant holiday with a panoramic view of the Berry countryside.

Take advantage of the many facilities available to make your stay even more enjoyable, including a pétanque court, a swing with slide, a ping-pong table and a trampoline (from April 15 to September 30) to entertain the children. This house offers a private terrace and a large enclosed garden shared with another gîte, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with an equipped kitchen, a lounge and a dining area, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom/WC with shower.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a double bed, as well as a toilet with a washbasin.

The heating is electric and consumption is billed separately according to use.

For professionals, bed linen is mandatory at a rate of €12.00 per person per stay. For stays of more than 15 days, a change of sheets can be carried out for an additional fee of €12.00 per person.
