Villa se encuentra en el lado extremo oeste cerca de 2 millas de Frederiksted, a minutos de las mejores playas de la isla.
El apartamento tiene capacidad para comidas al aire libre, con mesa para 6 personas, cuenta con 2 habitaciones, una con cama King, la segunda con cama tamaño queen, uno y medio baños y sala de estar con sofá cama cama tamaño Queen, el apartamento puede alojar hasta 6 personas y cuenta Cocina equipada.

Miro was the BEST host! Our flight was delayed a day because the airspace to all of the Caribbean was closed. We lost our rental car and Miro saved the day!! We were told there were no cars available on the island....but he knew a guy. We drove all over the island in our week stay to see as much as we could squeeze in. We always made it back to Miro's place for the best sunset views. The dogs were very sweet and protective, we felt very safe as Miro has a gate at the end of the driveway. This place is close to beaches, restaurants, bars, and markets. It's clean, well stocked, and cozy. It is not a five star resort, but it is a 10/10 for our kind of traveling, and I'm so glad I was able to find and rent from Miro. I will never forget this place as long as I live!! Please enjoy this beautiful island and all it's culture and stay here to make a memory forever.

The accommodations were as described and was perfect for our needs. Miro is a fantastic host and very gracious (welcome drinks at his bar upstairs) It was a pleasure to have the company of Lola and Toro (Dobermans) during our stay.

This almost hilltop house offers breathtaking views of the ocean. The home itself is full of charm and character.Our host, originally from the Czech Republic, was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. His hospitality made the stay feel very personal. Two gentle Dobermans added a special touch to the experience. They were affectionate, well-behaved, and made the stay feels even more comforting and warm.If you’re looking for more than just a vacation - this is the place. I left with unforgettable memories and a full heart.

The owner made us feel welcomed and respected our privacy at the same time. He provided information and was a treasure with his knowledge. He and his sister were helpful and friendly. His place is amazing and the work he put into his place shows in all the magic that is there. From fruit trees to pool the place has hidden nooks. The dogs are nice though a little afraid of people. If you are gentle with them they warm up to you. This is a great place to stay on the west side. Thanks Miro.

My best friend & I took this trip to St. Croix. We had another rental booked on the north side of the island & found out we would not be able to use the beach due to sargassum (really bad and stinky seaweed) just a few days prior to leaving. We are so happy we found Miro's 2 BR apt at the last minute! It was so beautiful at the top of a mountain. We had the best of both, the rainforest & the beach just minutes away. Miro, his sister (Jerika), (his dogs) Toro and Lola were the best hosts you could ask for. We got the grand tour when we arrived! Toro and Lola are the sweetest dogs ever & protect the property so you always feel safe. Miro's place is very unique with gorgeous woodwork that he built throughout his property. We had a beautiful mountain top view with a pool & hot tub to use anytime we wanted. He served us cocktails at his bar as he told us all about his home & how he decided to move to St. Croix years ago. They made fresh smoothies with rum & brought them out to the pool where we enjoyed the view & conversation. Delicious fresh fruit straight from the trees on his property. They gave us the grand tour of the island where we stopped along the way to see the sites of St. Croix. The weather was perfect for the 5 days we were there. Miro, we can't thank you enough for your hospitality & look forward to visiting again! We hope to stay with you, if you will have us back!! Beware

The outside property was dirty and unkept. Smelled of dog pee everywhere. Our greeting was owner sweeping dried dog poop out of driveway before we could even enter. Now, to leave the property, I must step out of car and walk through dog poop crumbles and track everywhere. In flip flops... nope.The hot tub water was brown. The apartment was dirty, no hot water in kitchen, outlets exposed, air conditioner did not work in living room. Everything is so old and dirty. The infestation of centipedes (hundreds) was just too much. It did not matter where you walked, there was junk and lack of care. I was looking for a fun, quirky stay, not expecting perfection, but I do expect a certain level of cleanliness. Let me tell you, I have had some crazy travels, but this was not safe, envirmentally or physically...also checked and appears that this property is not licensed to operate as a short or long term rental, rendering any insurance void. This is very hard to write, as this is someones home and I do not like conflict or care to engage in insults. I had just traveled from Oregon, and not my first time here. Not a rookie traveler. The owner did not want to refund me and I ended up going through my credit card. We had to pay for a hotel room first night, lost groceries, we had no where store them. The extra money put out and irritation was not ok.

The only thing worse than going to gross place with dogs that will quite possibly maim you or your children is that VRBO continues to allow their “customers” VACATIONS & lives to be ruined. Read ALL the negative reviews!! VRBO is the most shameful entity ever. Lie after lie about refunding us

Just beautiful

An amazing and unique property . Spectacular views. Owner is on site. Very responsive. Pool on second level. Hot tub on the third level. The views just get better. Our host was an excellent bartender. His bar is a beautiful example of his woodworking skills that are on display throughout the property. Will certainly return here on our next visit to St Croix.

Awesome.

Miro's property is amazing. Scenic views, pool, hot tub, close to restaurants and some of the most amazing beaches, close to tide pools, and the lighthouse. He is very upfront about his dogs, which are great! The apartment was perfect for 2 of us, but there is definitely room for more. He is friendly, accommodating, and has great recommendations about things to do while visiting this beautiful island.

St. Croix vacation

This was the perfect location for our vacation. Our adult children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the relaxing location and the ability to watch the sunset from the hilltop. Miro invited us in for drinks and showed us some of the amazing metal and woodworking that he had done on his property. He is always working to make his place better, but it just takes time. We enjoyed our stay and Miro was a great host. In addition, his two dogs made us feel at home. We hope to be back some day.

Little bit of paradise

Beautiful home that is well taken care of and clean. The backyard was absolutely beautiful. In addition to the wonderful pool, there are lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining area. The space was so beautiful and relaxing! The owner was responsive and helpful. Something not pictured that may help future renters, there is a locked gate and two beautiful, lovely very playful Dobermans guarding the property and at the same time making nice company. The rum swizzle that was Miro’s recipe was better than any we had on the island! We loved everything about the property! The owner is nearby in case you need something and is so kind and friendly. You can hear from him so many stories about Europe and his 20+ years on this island. The apartment had the feel of home. You have everything you need to cook your meals if you would like. Definitely next vacation will be there! A+++++

Amazing stay at an amazing property

The rental was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Miro, the host, does live on property, so we were a bit worried about privacy, but staying here we felt like we had the entire property to ourselves. Miro was easy to find when we had questions but we hardly noticed that we were not alone. The dogs were so friendly and we felt extremely safe here. The views from all different parts of the property are amazing and the fruit everywhere was delicious and plentiful. The apartment was very well stocked and comfortable. The air conditioner kept the whole place cool all night and the breeze comes right through the place during the day with the door and windows open. This is a very unique property and home. We are so glad we stayed here and will definitely be back.

Dog poo, termites, and mold

Property owner is a very rude hoarder too old to clean all the dog ish up not all his belongnings….property is a liability/security risk and this is an old man who hits on any single female. Gross. Vrbo and the owner are terrible to deal with. After puking all night from heat exhaustion had to go to another property with more AC, no one’s fault but the weather yet request for refund days 2-7 denied and I was called an alcoholic because “I looked hungover” I guess to a drunk who doesn’t understand anything medical. Cheers to your next life, may you be reincarnated into a dung beetle!

Rustic Island living

This property is great for those looking for a getaway with amazing views and pool. About a mile away from the town square. After a few wrong turns we made it up there winding path up a hill to the property. Miro took us on a quick tour of his estate and finished with a toast to having made it and to having a great stay. Since he’s kind of off the beaten path we needed to be conscious of power usage, but that wasn’t too difficult. Worst part was battle with bugs; so many mosquitos and spiders targeted me. My friends weren’t as bitten as I was. Also, it’s best to keep counter tops clean at night. The dogs were friendly, especially Toro. Miro’s place is a good location if you’re looking to relax. The pool and two hot tubs are great additions. Finally, be aware that you are in a wooded area and drive carefully. The wildlife will thank you.

Unique experience

This isn’t your cookie cutter hotel. It’s very eclectic with gardens, pool, hot tub, castle tower and even a secret speakeasy. The dog on the property was super sweet. Highly recommend.

The Perfect Place in St. Croix for the People with the Right Mindset

Miro has spent 30 years transforming this property into a truly unique and eclectic place. It is full of interesting nooks and crannies, the view is to die for, the entire plot has been cultivated and landscaped, and Miro is a fascinating and engaging host--in fact, he and I went out for drinks down in Frederiksted twice during my stay. If you stay with him, you will get a real chance to step into the feel of the west end of the island--it was literally like coming home for me in more ways than one. Literally--I lived in the house when I was a kid before he bought it! It is like old-style Caribbean living but with modern touches like WiFi and properly stocked grocery stores nearby! The apartment you are renting is quite comfortable--a good sized living area, two bedrooms, a nicely redone full bathroom, and a half bath. There's a nice, shaded porch with huge wood table to sit at. There is an AC unit that kept things reasonably cool--and I was there in the heat of the summer. But you're also welcome to go up through the garden to the main house and sit at that porch and hang out around the pool taking in the amazing view. The dogs are pussycats once they know you are part of the pack and will come to say Hi occasionally. If you are looking for sterile, hotel-like accommodation, go somewhere else. If you are looking for a real, local experience stay here and you won't regret it.

Miro is a gracious host along with his 2 dogs who were well trained. The location is absolutely beautiful with amazing views. The property is a bit cluttered with old saved items. The pool is nice! The apartment does not have air conditioning, but has an air cooler that is unable to manage the 2 bedrooms. We were there in June and it's hot; we were never able to have a cool space. We had to leave after 2 of our 5 day reservation due to the heat and health issues of my elderly parents. Additionally, we did see several critters running about the kitchen area; making it obvious why there was roach spray on the counter.

The property looks amazing in the pictures and the view is amazing but the host does stay with you and he has two dogs, so you do not have the property to only you and your party. (He was walking around in his boxers) as well as a infestation of roaches. I would not return to this property or recommend it to anyone going to St croix

What can I say, Miro is the most pleasant hospitable host. HIs property is absolutely exceptional. He has done great work there and he should be very proud. My husband and I really enjoyed our time there and would definitely be back. His property has one of the most spectacular views of the West end. West is definitely best. Also he puppies are just the sweetest.

Wonderful place to stay

Had a great stay at Estate Sprat Hall. The views were amazing from our porch! The host was very friendly and welcoming. There are two dogs on property, but they were friendly and didn't bother us at all. The apartment is comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to St Croix.

A hostess that was most gracious

A hostess that was most gracious. If you stay here you will be impressed with Miro and his accommodations. Makes you feel very welcome the apartment was very private though we did get to interact with Miro and his girlfriend ViVi. The pool was lovely and we love Frederiksted. It’s a different experience than Krysten Stead or the side but it is well worth our vacation

First impression was horrible

I’ll make this short….. I didn’t stay bc when my husband & I pulled up it looked nothing like the pics on the website & more like a junkyard!!! The owner was rude & that was my first impression after meeting him! He kept saying whatever we didn’t like was NOT HIS PROBLEM when in fact it was! The pics must’ve been from 2014 when he joined Vrbo so don’t let them fool you! This is the reason a 5 day stay is so cheap! You are paying for attitude & a dirty property so DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME IR MONEY!!

Beautiful property!

The property as a whole is amazing! The dogs were incredibly sweet. The pool, hot tub, and views were the best. Miro is knowledgeable and friendly. The only complaint is that we’re from Texas and the air conditioning was not enough! It got better as we stayed. I would definitely recommend.
