Probably overall worst VRBO experience ever so far. We arrived to a broken washer full of the last people's dirty linens. Number on the fridge was old management company. Took till the following day to get answers. We ended up having to go to the house next door to wash clothes. Made a list of what was wrong Stove knob broken Dishwasher rackKitchen sink faucet Washer machine broken Front bath door doesn't closeBBQ pit is junkNo shade or cover for back doorPrivacy fence incomplete and falling apart No ceiling fan in masterGarbage can footpedalSofa very uncomfortable Now the good was really awesome little house as far as layout, location was perfect and quiet. Really nice pool and hot tub wish pool was heated. Nice fire pit but was a burn ban. We were eventually discounted but after 2 years of cancer appointments this was our first vacation and spent too much time stressing over problems. All last trips have been great. We just booked a smoky mountain trip to take the grandkids in April and didn't use VRBO.

We had a poor experience at this property. 1. The master bed was not clean. There were hair all over the place on the bed. 2. Bathroom door would not close or lock3. Poor communication by the listing agents. They gave us wrong contact for the on call and we missed many activities due to that. 4. We could not enjoy the fire pit because of poor communication by them. One of the coordinators kept telling that the lighting fluid in grey box and we bought lot of items for that but after 2 days he told me that he was talking about a different propertyTotal disaster communication wise. 5. The umbrella in the backyard was broken

We had a fantastic time here. We came for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect. Easy trip to Fredericksburg for a day and wine the next. We also went to Lukenbach which was super easy since the road the house is on takes you all the way there. The food truck on the corner right down from the house has great food too. Definitely recommend!

It was a perfect place for our getaway. We will be back. We had WiFi challenge but the host/manager immediately rectified the problem. It would be nice if there was a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Next time I’ll bring canopy for shade at the pool.

So relaxing

Perfect for a girls trip up to four people or a romantic getaway. Very close to a HEB grocery store, wineries, restaurants and distilleries. Even better if you don’t even leave the property with your private pool.
