The Space:
Schubert Inn Suite B is a chic haven and the perfect escape for two. With its vaulted ceilings, elegant decor, and thoughtful design, this suite offers the ultimate setting for a quick getaway.

The kitchenette, though compact, is fully equipped for your convenience. It includes a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and a coffee pot. A charming breakfast table for two is perfectly positioned for casual, intimate meals.
The sitting area is tastefully appointed with comfortable chairs, thoughtfully arranged around a smart TV. It's a space designed for relaxation and connection, where you can unwind and enjoy quality time together.

This studio layout is a haven of comfort and style with a sumptuous king-sized bed that promises a restful night's sleep, and the room exudes an ambiance of elegance. The en suite bathroom is equally enticing, featuring a beautiful walk-in shower for invigorating refreshment. The crowning jewel is the generously sized soaking tub, inviting you to luxuriate together.

Step outside to discover a shared pool, where you can take a refreshing dip and savor the warmth of the Texas sun. Sun loungers beckon you to stretch out and bask in the rays. For those who enjoy grilling, a gas grill is at your disposal for preparing delectable snacks or meals.

It's important to note that this stylish suite shares its outdoor space with three other cottages on-site. This fosters a sense of community while still preserving the intimacy and tranquility necessary for your getaway.

Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $54.13 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

For a more flexible and relaxed wine-tasting experience, the 290 Wine Shuttle provides a convenient way to hop between wineries, departing from downtown Fredericksburg and making stops at select wineries every 10 minutes on Fridays and Saturdays.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.
13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
