The Space:
This intimate haven is designed for romance and relaxation. This cozy cottage exudes elegance with its vaulted ceilings and stylish decor. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to create the perfect setting for a getaway.

The kitchenette, though compact, is a testament to thoughtful design. It offers a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and a coffee pot, providing all the essentials you need for a delightful stay. A charming breakfast table for two is the ideal spot for sharing intimate meals.

The living room is furnished with comfortable chairs arranged around a smart TV. Whether you're cuddling up for a movie night or simply enjoying each other's company, this space invites you to relax and connect.

The bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort. A luxurious king-sized bed promises restful nights and lazy mornings. The en suite bathroom is a haven in itself, featuring a beautiful walk-in shower for refreshing moments. The pièce de résistance is the large soaking tub, where you can unwind and luxuriate together.

Step outside to discover a shared pool, where you can cool off and bask in the Texan sunshine. Sun loungers beckon you to stretch out and soak up the rays. For those who relish the sizzle of a grill, a gas grill is available for preparing delicious snacks or meals.

It's worth noting that this enchanting cottage shares its outdoor space with three other cottages on-site. This creates a sense of camaraderie while still preserving the intimacy and seclusion that a romantic escape demands.

Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $54.13 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via the Happy guest link.
2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.
3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.
4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.
5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.
8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.
13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
