Full kitchen, washer and dryer for guests use. Outside is fully fenced, completely private courtyard with a hot tub and backyard area for relaxing!
Studio style layout features a Queen bed, full bath with walk in shower. Charming Studio built in 1929. Offering original plank ceilings and unique touches throughout to take you back to the old Fredericksburg style. Studio layout features a Queen bed, mini kitchen, a full bath with a walk in shower, and a seating area with a dining table. For your entertainment it has a streaming TV. Outside is fully fenced with a private court yard with a seating area, private hot tub and propane fire pit. Perfect for a relaxing morning or evening after a day of exploring the town.
