All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible. Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Great for a quiet getaway
Nice, clean house on a a quiet property with sunrise views and animal neighbors. The house is convenient to Fredericksburg and surrounding points of interest, but far enough to really feel like your getting away from the city.
