As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Guests will have access to the main house, the cottage and casita. Plus Resort Style Backyard which includes the pool, hot tub and open area. Parking available for up to 6 vehicles.

Ideal base for exploring Texas Hill Country, including wineries, lavender fields, orchards, and scenic drives.

- Quarterly pest control with occasional hill country wildlife

- Please note that the swimming pool and hot tub are serviced every Thursday. Don't be alarmed if you see the pool company near the pool during your stay.
