Check in staff James was very pleasant. Room was large and mostly clean, jacuzzi tub jets looked rough/questionably clean so we didn’t use it. I was looking forward to the pool but unfortunately I must have missed that it is outdoor only and closed during the winter months. Hotel had only one pack and play for the whole building and another family was using it, fortunately we were able to get creative but that was surprising. Breakfast was subpar and the whole milk had gone sour which questions the storage or freshness of all the other items. Pro- large, clean room, fridge and microwave, easy check in and check out. Con- outdoor pool, not whirlpool- closed in winter, bad breakfast, no available infant crib

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Although arriving to the hotel at night looked pretty scary and lonely, the are didnt look very nice. There was a old used water bottle begind the night stand like they didnt clean the room very well. The sheets were not very soft they felt rough. The place needs some TLC

Room was clean. We got cked in under the wrong rez, suppose to have 1 king, put in 2 queen room then overcharged and the "free breakfast" ...horrible, not expecting gormet but at least the pkg pastry can be fresher. Coffee was good. expedia nor BW will correct the problem and blaming eachother.
