They’ve been open only since beginning of the year and still ironing out the kinks but overall beautiful hotel, great location right in the heart of Fredericksburg, friendly service. Very pet and kid friendly. We’ll be back.

okay room, very thick and uncomfortable blanket, no coffee tea maker in the room, no microwave. No chair or table. a very small short coffee table. Front desk was okay but not offing too much help. when checking in one lady was helping another group, the other one just ignore us. One of our rooms was not ready until 5:30, said will text us but never did. This hotel is at great location, but I would not book it again.

The hotel was overall an amazing experience. The property was beautiful, amenities were amazing and the service was incredible. I think great luxury service is hard to come by and the staff was really impressive. The location was also fantastic, can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Nice place and atmosphere! Rooms are lacking for counter top space/bedside end tables. Staffed very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. Could use a little more lighting on the rooms. Beds very comfortable. Bath could use a few more towel bars, but was large and adequate. Thank you.

I’m currently staying at The Albert Hotel, and for the price you pay, the luxury service is absolutely nonexistent. When my husband and I arrived, we struggled with our bags at check-in and not one person offered to help—not at the front desk, not at the valet. They stuck us in a basement room, and the walls are so paper thin that I was woken up multiple times. The rooms are also incredibly dark—so dark you can barely function in them. One of our lamp lights even went out during our stay, and I didn’t bother calling because when we called earlier about our safe not working, they said they’d send someone up and never did. At the spa, my massage therapist made me wait 15 minutes past my appointment time, and my massage still ended at the 50-minute mark I paid for—so I effectively received a shorter service. For the price point, this hotel completely misses the mark on service and experience. I would not stay here again.

New hotel that opened early 2025. Stayed for 2 nights and it was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Located in center of Fredericksburg, and has a good restaurant/bar. Definitely recommend
