Beautiful, old hotel with interesting history. Comfortable, quiet room, bed and pillows. Walk to everything downtown. The only issue we had was that our toilet was clogged and so we had a plumber in our room for about 45 minutes, soon after dinner. But service came soon after I called. Also they didn’t have our room ready until 4:30 pm - checkin is supposed to be at 4 which is late by normal standards already. Otherwise, great hotel!

This hotel was very nice and we loved the creative restoration and repurposing of the building. It was clean and great location. Not sure we will stay there again though simply because the cost was pretty high but it was a neat spot for an overnight or a weekend in Frederick.
