VERY spacious open-concept apartment in a private home, with private entrance, parking just STEPS away, large patio to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Eat-in kitchenette includes full size fridge, sink, microwave, Keurig mini, 2 burner cooktop, crock pot, and all utensils and dishes. Table and 4 chairs. Brand new King bed in bedroom. Ample linens. Open concept layout with a great living room w/big screen TV, bistro table and chairs. There is an area with a futon and a drapery divider across the opening for a second sleeping space, NOT an actual bedroom, but serves the purpose for short stays. Many windows, bright and attractive. Parking is just steps to the door. Complimentary water bottles, fresh flowers, and microwavable munchies. If your stay is more than a week, we will do your laundry once a week. Just set it at the top of the stairs and text us. Internet, cable TV, and wifi. Located in a beautiful subdivision with easy and fast access to routes 70/270/15. Subdivision has walking trails, nature trails, basketball court, tennis court, pools. Less than an hour to DC and Baltimore! Or enjoy all that Frederick has to offer: a notable and vibrant downtown with many restaurants, bars, and the stunning Carroll Creek promenade, only 8 minutes away. Sleeps 2 adults max, or 2 adults and 1 child max. No smoking, no pets, and removing shoes inside the apartment is strongly requested. Better rates for longer terms - please ask. Thank you!

Great place!
Great option for our family of 3. It was exactly what we expected and in a lovely area very close to places we were going. Susan was lovely and very accommodative for our timing needs. We will be back when we are in the area.

A quick getaway
My husband and I were stole away for a quick anniversary trip and this apt was exactly what we needed. It was spacious and comfortable and in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. Susan was so kind and hospitable and answered all questions quickly.

Lovely home and neighborhood
This apartment is beautiful. It’s in a fully finished basement with a kitchenette, private bathroom, in a lovely suburban home. Very clean, comfortable, private patio/entrance. Safe neighborhood, large mature trees. Amenities provided of bottled water, coffee & creamer, snacks. My daughter and I attend the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival. The drive to Howard County Fairgrounds was about 25 minutes. The apartment is very close to Frederick with lots of quaint shops and restaurants. The hosts were exceptional. I highly recommend staying here.

Susan and Michael were excellent host and the venue is excellent. It was clean, and a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to all the places we had to go. They provided us with water and numerous small appliances so it was easy to have coffee and something quick in the morning I highly recommend them if you were going to be visiting the Frederick/ Washington DC area
