Wir haben keinen Skiurlaub hier verbracht. Daher können wir dazu keine Auskünfte geben. Allerdings hatten wir eine tolle Woche in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus mit einem einmaligen Blick auf die Burgruine Frauenstein. Sehr ruhig gelegen, umgeben von grünen Feldern. Wahnsinnig schön. Sauna klein, aber fein. Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Haustierfreundlich mit eingezäuntem Grundstück. Check in war problemlos. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight erwartet einen im Schlafzimmer...besonders die Kinder werden es lieben! Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit im Sonnenhaus.

Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Sächsische Schweiz, Dresden und Erzgebirge. Gemütliches Häuschen, sehr ruhig gelegen. Der schriftliche Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Der telefonische Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung war hervorragend. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Sonnenhaus liegt absolut ruhig am Ortsrand von Frauenstein und es ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, so dass es an nichts fehlen dürfte.Der Garten ist richtig groß, aber nicht gänzlich hundesicher, sprich eingezäunt. Es fehlen ca. 10 Meter Zaun, aber ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass der Besitzer die offene Stelle auch noch schließen wird.An der offenen Stelle wurden einige Thujas gesetzt, evtl. deshalb noch ohne Zaun?Da wir unsere Hunde sowieso nicht alleine im Garten ließen, war das auch kein Problem für uns.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und mit der Betreuung vor Ort verdient ebenfalls 5 Sterne.Fazit: Gerne wieder!

Ruhiges Traumhaus

1woche wie im Paradies.. sehr ruhig mit allem was man sich wünscht..... Leider war das Grundstück nicht ausbruchsicher für eine schlaue Dackeldame..aber dass war das Einzige was uns aufgefallen war .... Wir empfehlen den Dönerladen und auf jeden Fall den Asia Imbiss .der im Inneren einem Tante Emma Laden gleicht . Preiswerte leckere kost ... Ausflüge sind super die Burg zu Fuss zu erreichen (wenn man rausgeht rechts und dann links an den Schrebergarten rauf. ..) ..es war herrlich!!¡

Wundervoller Urlaub

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, man kann von dort viele Ziele erreichen und eine gemütliche Zeit verbringen. Der Gastgeber war sehr höflich und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Kleines Manko, es gibt nur ein Elternschlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer in der oberen Etage. Leider etwas verwohnt. Ein Bad gibt es auf dieser Etage nicht. Was wirklich ein kleiner Nachteil ist. In der unteren Etage (Keller) befindet sich der Kamin, das große Bad und die Sauna. Vor dem Kamin stehen zwei Gartenstühle aus Plastik, was uns nicht eingeladen hat, den Kamin anzumachen. Die Sauna ist großartig. Mit etwas Liebe zum Detail könnte dies ein großartiger Wellnessbereich werden. In der Wohnetage fehlt es an nichts, es wurde an alles wurde gedacht und man hat sich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Wir bedanken uns für die wirklich schöne Zeit. Bade

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Alles super sauber. Wir wurden von Anne zur Schlüsselübergabe herzlich begrüßt. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Abends kann man prima draußen sitzen mit Blick auf die Burgruine. 8 Nächte im schönen Erzgebirge gingen schnell vorbei. Wir haben uns im Sonnenhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Beste Grüße

Schönes Haus in einer tollen Umgebung

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung stand ein frischer Strauß Rosen auf dem Tisch, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Sauna sowie der Raum mit dem Kamin, wir konnten uns sehr gut entspannen. Die Umgebung ist wirklich super schön und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sowie der Familie vor Ort, welche das Haus betreuen war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Ein tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage in diesem schönen und gut eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Es war wunderbar ruhig gelegen und dennoch hatte die Umgebung viele Highlights zu bieten. Schönes Sachsen!

Das Ferienhaus steht in einer wunderschönen Landschaft und präsentierte sich bei bestem Wetter. Als Highlights sind zu nennen: Die Silbermann-Orgellandschaft, ein Orgelkonzert in Frauenstein und der Besuch des Schnitzerstädtchens Seiffen, wo wir im Vorgriff auf Weihnachten ein "Reiterlein" erwarben. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Cozy and complete

We spent 2 weeks in August 2023 in this holiday home. It is clean, light and well equipped. Everything worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture inside and outside. The garden is large, so nice for children to play in and also one can sit in the sun or outside of it. The view is lovely. Two toilets are nice. The shower had enough power and is not small. The sauna was also a great extra in this house. The WiFi worked perfectly, but the request on the paper containing the password etc. came as a surprise: no streaming please. Upon contacting the owner he solved that immediately. The surroundings in the direct neighborhood and farther away are full of interesting things to see and for hiking. The place is good for 2 adults and 2 children. On reaching the street where the house is situated, which is an unpaved road, the house is on the right, it is the second house on the road no more than 100 meters from the beginning of the road. It has a nice parkingplace. We met Anna and her husband and they were friendly and helpful. They live very near. So we recommend this holiday house. It is good value for money.

Leuk huisje in mooi heuvellandschap.

Leuk huisje, voldoende ruim voor twee volwassenen. Vriendelijke ontvangst, verse bloemen op tafel. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Kleine maar volledige keuken. Ruime douche gelegenheid in de kelder. Één grote 'master bedroom' en een kleine tweede slaapkamer. Ruime tuin, die we helaas nauwelijks konden gebruiken ivm het tegenvallende weer. Prachtige (wandel)omgeving.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen "vor Ort" oder auch Ausflüge nach Dresden, in die sächsische Schweiz und das Erzgebirge. Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Das Sonnenhaus erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen an einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Hund. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, es hat uns wirklich nichts gefehlt.
