This townhome in Fraser features a generous backyard for pets. The interior boasts ample space, hardwood flooring throughout and is located close to downtown Fraser. The main living area has vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, a flat screen TV, private deck. The kitchen has been remodeled, small breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cabinetry with additional seating for four in the dining alcove. Near the main entrance of the unit, a washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway. The expansive backyard can be accessed from the lower level primary bedroom and is ideal for games, outdoor gatherings, and offers a wonderful space for pets to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The property was amazing the view from the deck of the mountains had a spectacular sunset view. The home is very comfortable and welcoming we had a great evening making dinner and playing board games, the night we didn't cook there were plenty of great places a walk or short drive away, we highly recommend this place for your next stay and adventure at winter park.

Very clean and comfortable. Impressive shower water strength. Had everything we needed for the stay. No complaints. However, i will mention that the toilets do run often. The valve in the tank gets stuck open.P.S. my dog loved it too.

Great spot near Winter Park

I really like this property. The location in Fraser is walking distance to some fun spots, and quick drive to both Winter Park and Mary Jane. It's spacious and clean and we fit four adults very comfortably.

Sunny and enjoyable condo.

My husband and I stayed overnight with our pet and found the condo very relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the location made it very convenient for us having a dog including the large yard and walking through town. My only issue was the coffee selection. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Check in was at 4:00 and room wasn’t cleaned until 5:30PM. We had to sit in car and wait. Pull out sofa didn’t work properly. Had to fix drain in bathroom sink myself.
