Amazing remote house, peaceful and quiet!

If you want to escape the busy, noisy city life, this is the place to escape to and relax! It was such a beautiful and comfortable home for our family, we will definitely stay here again! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, the kids enjoyed the pool table and the checkers and hot tub!

Our family had a wonderful time at Mountain Meadows. The home was beautiful and supplies were generous. Meghan was very helpful by keeping us informed when the home was ready. Everyone at Winter Park Lodging was helpful and very friendly when calling for information. Thanks again.

Perfect For Family and Friends

This beautiful house accommodated our family as some ski and some do not. The views, family room, living space and sleeping areas was perfect. The hosts provided everything for us to gain easy access, the closing procedures and let us know to call with any questions. We look forward to coming back. Thanks

Fall hiking get away

Home is spacious with ample living room and kitchen space for all to gather. East facing deck was ideal for morning coffee on a cool day. West facing deck was ideal to relax late in the afternoon after a hike and for enjoying the hot tub. Bedrooms on separate floors allowed everyone to spread out when needed.

Quiet Getaway with Lots of Space

We really enjoyed our stay at this secluded lodge. The place was clean and the check-in process was easy. The hot tub was so nice to use, the fireplaces were a lovely addition to the ambiance, we loved using the pool table, and the beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was the lack of basic kitchen equipment. There is a gorgeous Viking range...but the vent hood remote is non-functional so it was very smoky cooking. There were no saute/fry pans, very few pans for use in the oven, and no supplies/utensils to clean/cook on the griddle. For such a well appointed place, the lack of kitchen supplies was disappointing. We made do and on the whole would stay here again.

Perfect house

I have nothing negative to say about the property. However, the address on the listing is Fraser. According to GoogleMaps, it is Parshall. Since I have never even been to Colorado I had no idea they were next to each other. I called the contact # and was transferred 3 times and no one was able to help me figure it out and they couldn’t reach the property manager. It turned out not to be a big deal but the idea that I couldn’t get help made me anxious. It snowed a foot the night before check- out and we couldn’t get our front wheel drive up the incline of the drive way. The day before the driveway had been plowed, without us asking, so I would’ve liked for the driveway to be plowed the morning of our check out. I called the # to see if they could send someone and they ‘started a ticket’ and were supposed to call me back. No one ever called before we shoveled snow and pushed the car out of the driveway. So, the only number I had to call kinda failed me twice in my opinion.

All amenities shown (pool table) in the listing were not functional and we were not notified until last minute. We received no alternative options or compensation and spent two hours on the phone trying to resolve with Vacasa.

Warm and spacious

The living room couches and fireplace were a welcome spot for everyone togather. The kitchen layout with nice wide center island for food prep and table with large window space made staying in for meals easy. There was almost no road traffic, nice quiet area. Enjoyed a couple of brief walks along the road prior to heading out for the day. Very clean and well maintained.

False Advertising

Only 3 full baths, not 4 as advertised. No towels for several guests. Only 1 bathroom for 6 beds upstairs. Only one hair dryer, not one per bathroom as advertised. No fan functioning on main/ upper floors. Not enough glasses for all guests. Told to do laundry but no laundry soap. Huge house very comfortable and pleasant but the basics are lacking.

Wonderful spacious 4BR home outside Fraser, about 15 min drive from Winter Park Ski Resort. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful area. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Great family getaway.

Terrific stay! Great property with plenty of room for two families. Would relocate pool table(could not shoot well due to proximity of walls). The hot tub also wasn’t working(wouldn’t heat). Wasn’t a big deal but would have been great after our long ski days. Very pleased with the easy process and access to home. Vacasa property management did a great job.

Great home for family vacation!

This home was awesome for me, my husband, our children and grandchildren. Very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed the hottub and the pool table was great entertainment. I loved the spacious kitchen for preparing our meals. The yard was awesome for sledding with the grandkids in the snow. We couldn't have picked a better property.

Perfect Couples Getaway

This house is beautiful and perfect for a couples getaway. There were four of us here for the week and we had everything that we needed. The hot tub was great after days on the slopes and we prepared most of our meals in the kitchen with the provided supplies. Lots of room and would be great for a larger party. Having the garage and mud room was very convenient for all of our equipment. Would love to go back again Highly recommend!

Excellent Experience

Overall, the stay was a great experience. The kitchen was perfect for cooking nice meals for our group and have the space for celebrating my birthday. We spent the day skiing and it was nice to come back to this secluded property and watch the sunset from the hottub over the beautiful mountain landscape. I will say we experienced some issues with the fridge when we arrived the fridge door wouldn't close all the way and it got worse once we put items in it. We tried to figure out why but my only guess is something is broken and when the door is loaded up the weight makes it open more. We had to keep stool in front to keep it closed. Also the master bathroom shower door had been removed prior to our arrival so it was hard to keep the floor from getting wet. A few other things to note, when I arrived there was no lockbox. The front door was completely unlocked and there wasn't a way to lock up when we left. There was also no checkout instructions, so we just did took our best guess. The pool table also didn't have adequate space from the wall to play (no room to shoot from some side). Overall, the stay was still fantastic and the small inconveniences/lack of checkout instructions did not detract from the experience we had.

Stay at the Mountan Medows

The house was beautifully nested not far from all winter parks activities. The only drawbacks were the small sized TV’s throughout the property. In addition, there was no remote control for the tv in the master bedroom. Hence, we could not use it. Also, the jets in the tub in the master bathroom did not work. Other than those small items, the house was amazing! I would definitely stay again.

Great spot, private and beautiful

Loved it here! A tad pricey but would go back. Had some issues with the hot tub but maintenance came quickly the next day.

Amazing home and location

We had such a great time at Mountain Meadows. The location is perfect and our family split time skiing at Winter Park and Granby Ranch (both less than a 20 minute drive). The house itself was very enjoyable -- a beautiful and well-appointed kitchen (quality pots/pans, plates, mugs, etc.); a super-cozy living room with warm gas fireplace; a fun basement with pool table; a very nice hot tub (our kids' favorite part) and spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. The showers had some of the best water pressure we've ever experienced...amazing after a full day of skiing. The property itself is picturesque with open-spaces and wonderful mountain views. We'll definitely be staying here again!
