Terrible stay. House was dirty. I had to stay at a nearby hotel the first night. It took weeks of for the property management company Evolve to refund me the cost of the hotel. Terrible. Stay away!!

Really nice place! We'll come back here!

We do family ski trip every year. Our kids are adults with partners so we need a lot of space. This place was so nice and the way it's laid out gave everyone a sense of having their own space. Everything was clean and comfortable. Unlike so many of our rentals in the past, the decor here isn't stuck in "1970's hunting lodge." It's got nicely done bathrooms with an up-to-date kitchen that had room for us to cook for everyone. We have never had a rental that really made us think, "let's got there again," but we are already talking about dates for the next trip so we can get this place. There was one minor thing (ran out of dishwasher pods before check-out) and the owner was really friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay here! Very clean. Very convenient. I liked the layout. There are 6 levels with a small set of steps in between each. You enter on the forth level where the kitchen is. The bedroom on the top floor had a queen bed and the nicest bathroom. The fifth level was a nice living room with couches and a fireplace. The third level has the king bed and a small but workable bathroom The second level had the laundry and the bunk bedroom. And the first level had a family/game room with outdoor access where my kids had snowball fights and did some sledding! So fun! My biggest complaint was the train that goes through town 2-3 times per night and blasts its whistle. It woke me and my husband up every time but sometimes our kids slept through it. Since it goes right through town, I can’t imagine that there’s lodging that avoids hearing this. We just fell back asleep. The grocery store is nearby and the bus stop is very close. We never used the bus but liked that it was an option. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Winter Park.

This place is a gem anyone should not pass on. Larger than one would guess. Clean. Comfortable. Everything one would need it within reach. Awesome stay!

Great Condo, Very Accommodating

Stayed at the condo for a girls' trip and was perfect. Everyone had their own room, space to activities, just hang out plus lots of games and books. Bus stop was within very short walking distance which was great since we took train to Colorado.
