Escape the hustle of the city and feel at one with nature at our peaceful 2-bdr get away nestled in Fraser, CO.
My husband and I have tried to think of everything you'll need to make this a true home away from home, whether you're looking to cook a meal, soak in the hot tub, grill, play board games, catch up on work at our workstations, or simply keep cool - we've got you covered! AND if you need something extra (pack n play, or paddleboards?) - let us know in advance and we'd be happy to help.

Archers Adventure Condo- Amazing

This amazing condo provided the perfect launching pad for our grand county adventures. Our first time in this part of Colorado, we found the condo to be incredibly well-stocked including coffee pots, dishes and cookware. Review in the morning of the hot air balloons rising above the mist of Fraser Valley made each day special. The back porch with included grill and hot tub made for wonderful ways to start the evening. We even made friends with the local community of ground squirrels. Angela is very attentive to questions and provide great vocal Intel for day trips to local trails and reservoirs. We brought our standup paddleboard, and Angela provided Intel on a new like she had recently discovered. It made one of our best memories of this trip. I would highly recommend this group of owners and this property for your vacation outing in grand county Colorado

Summer Gem

We had a great time visiting in Summer. We are a family of 6- with kids from 15-7, and we had plenty of room. Location was wonderful- close to grocery store, trailheads in Fraser for something near, close drive to Granby and WinterPark. Fans in all rooms was great, stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher pods, and washing machine pods was a nice added touch. Place was clean and kept up. They had Roku TV and patio area was so nice and relaxing. Communication was easy and instructions were clear, quick, and easy- the nice little notes made it feel personal too. Would definitely stay again!
