You'll also be just four miles outside the charming town of Franklin which offers tons of great shops, dining options, and local attractions like the Scottish Tartan Museum. At-home comfort abounds inside and out, with features including two beautiful lake-view decks. Cathedral-style ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate the living area and also serve to showcase the views of Lake Emory.



High-end stainless steel appliances, gorgeous counters, and custom cabinetry are sure to inspire gourmet creations in the full kitchen. A mini-fridge and a pool table are ready to host home happy hours. The smart TV in the main-floor living area sets the stage for family movie nights. There was damage - water related, possibly other to the property that the host did not tell us was a known issue. They said they paused repairs for our stay, however we didn't learn that until after we left. During the days and days of heavy rains in the area mold and water leaks became apparent and made the stay inhospitable by the end of our reservation. Hosts were not responsive or helpful after we raised these issues. Very disappointing.

Property is aging and many areas are run down and some not safe. There was no EV charger. Master bed was extremely hard. Kitchen was great.Master bedroom bathroom shower was in terrible shape. Almost impossible to get down to the lake. The property is too steep with no pathway down. Areas of the porch were broken along with no porch swing present.
